More fall trends! Just when I thought I knew them all, I found more. Just means there’s more ways you can wear cute, different clothes this season, definitely not a bad thing.
I still can’t believe it’s almost September! Although summer did fly by, I am excited for not just “perfect” weather season, but also fall fashion. Personally, fall fashion is my favorite, and for many reasons: layering, darker color palettes and fabulous boots, just to name a few things – however we still have a week or two of warm-ish weather, so this post is dedicated to what you’ll being seeing this fall in fashion, and how you can mix these pieces into your weather/fashion wardrobe right now:
Velvet and Legs
Don’t be afraid to pull out your velvet already! Balance your pieces by pairing them with garments that show off some leg.
I love combining deleciate prints with something tough. Take your favorite floral summer dress from daytime to nighttime by pairing it with a leather jacket. Instant attitude.
Make plaids feel light by adding athletic pieces.
This is an easy piece to throw on at night when the temperature starts to drop a little. Throw it on over a dress, or pair it with a skirt or shorts.
Pair this new staple piece with a crop top or thigh-high boots; this piece can honestly be worn year round.
MORE WAYS TO DEMIM. Denim has been making a huge comeback and there’s new ways to wear it this fall – below are some of the freshest jean styles of the season.
Pair these jeans with a flowey blouse and some platform heels to give you some height.
The perfect piece to pair with your even longer coats this fall.
Have fun with your denim and add some movement into your outfit! Pair it with other cool pieces like graphic tees and cute shoes.
In my opinion, one of the prettiest and most fun trends for this fall.
Denim on denim is not new, however what was once a huge fashion don’t, is now a big fashion do. The key to pulling off the look is balance. Break up your all-over denim ensemble with classic staples like a white t-shirt. You can also try pairing a lighter wash top with a darker bottom or look for denim pieces with exciting details, like accents or fun embellishments. Don’t be afraid to add a bright shoe or purse either! Below are some denim on denim inspirations to help you plan your next outfit:
White jeans are a staple of any spring and summer wardrobe, and with fall approaching soon (time is flying!) you want to wear them as much as you can! They’re a great blank canvas and all you need are a few key accessories to wear them in multiple ways. Here are four completely different ways to style your white jeans no matter where you are.
1. To Run Errands
No, you don’t have to impress anyone while running errands on the weekend, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t look put together. Keep is simple by paring your white jeans with a long jacket or cardigan and some sneakers.
When out with friends or family and drinking mimosas, you might as well go all out and girly. I suggest a flowey, feminine blouse and heels, or flats and a simple tee for a more casual vibe.
3. To A Date
For a hot date night, keep it sexy in white jeans and a going out top (like a low-cut cami). Then accessorize with a leather jacket and some simple bling.
Isn’t it crazy that August is here? However, we still have a few weeks of hot weather. I wanted to highlight a few trends that are still dominating this summer season; they’re all super cute so take advantage of still being on trend with them.

Since I’m getting a manicure and a pedicure this weekend, I decided to research nail trends for this summer. With your summer wardrobe filled with pretty florals, strong stripes and bright white, it’s time we get your nails to look just as fabulous, too. Below is the forecast on the latest nail obsessions:
I personally love the metallic nail trend, I feel it gives off a dressier, more polished look. Plus, there’s so many pretty colors that look good in metallic, like gold, rose gold, and silver.
Natural hues are a classic. Wear it solo or try it a different way this summer: add embellishments, a design or glitter to switch it up.
Add a pop of color to your wardrobe with these two bright shades.
Pastels are fresh, soft and pretty.
The original French trip nail takes a twist this summer. Try alternating colors or metallic tips.
